What Our Learners Say
Real feedback from learners who’ve completed their phlebotomy training with Royal Open College.
A sensible first step into healthcare. The online theory meant I arrived prepared, the MCQ was fair, and the afternoon was all practice with the trainer right beside us. Left with my certificate the same day.
Really good day overall and the trainer was brilliant at explaining things. The only reason it’s not five stars is that the morning ran a little over, so lunch felt rushed. The hands-on part in the afternoon more than made up for it.
Brilliant course, a really friendly group and a trainer who clearly knows their stuff. Would recommend to anyone starting out.
Good, practical day. I’d have liked a bit more time on the practice arms, but the trainer made sure everyone felt ready before the assessment, which I appreciated.
